We're very thankful to get the opportunity to have grass-fed beef from a local, family owned farm. There are no concerns of unnecessary antibiotics or growth hormones. The cattle are very well cared for and are raised on pasture. These things contribute to the best quality beef! You can see, smell and taste the difference in every single pound. You are also supporting a local family small business!

As with everything Rafter H Bar does, this is outstanding grassfed. Their normal 85/15 blend is outstanding, but if you're looking for leaner (probably closer to a 93/7) this is a great option from a really neat local ranch here in OK. I don't think they do grassfed year round, so stock up.
