Our cattle are born and raised right here on our family ranch, where we’ve been doing things the right way for generations. We grass-feed and carefully grain-finish to bring out the marbling, flavor, and tenderness you can count on—whether you’re throwing steaks on the grill or cooking up a Sunday roast.

Shares are limited, so don’t wait—first come, first served. The last day to put in your order is Oct. 12

Invoices for remaining balances (along with custom cut sheets for half and whole beef shares) will be emailed to customers the week the steers go to butcher. All balances must be paid prior to pickup.

• $7.25 per pound hanging weight. Processing included!

What to Expect

• 15% Steaks – NY Strips, Ribeyes, Filets, Sirloins
  
• 55% Ground Beef – 85/15, in 1 lb packages
  
• 30% Savory Cuts – Roasts, Stew Meat, Cube Steaks, Brisket, Flank Steak
• Approximately 140-170 pounds take home meat
• Not all beef butchers out the same. If a certain cut is unavailable it will be replaced with an equal or greater cut.

How Many Will This Feed?

• A half beef share can keep a family of six fed for 5-9 months and fits in a 8 cubic foot freezer.
