Stock your freezer with ranch-raised beef that's cut specifically for your family.

Our Custom ½ Beef Share is priced at $7.25 per pound based on hanging weight, and that price includes processing. Your $250 deposit reserves your share and will be applied toward your final balance.

Because every animal is different, the final price isn't known until we receive the hanging weight from the butcher.

With your ½ share:

• Customize how your beef is cut
• Choose steak thickness, roast sizes, ground beef options & more
• 21+ days dry-aged for flavor and tenderness
• Professionally vacuum-sealed & labeled
• Processing included in the $7.25/lb price
• Approximately 8 cu. ft. of freezer space recommended

When the steers go to the butcher, we'll email you your Beef Cutting Preference Form along with instructions. Not sure what to choose? We'll also provide our family's preferred cuts and are always happy to help.

Once we receive the final hanging weight, we'll invoice you for the remaining balance, minus your $250 deposit. All balances must be paid before pickup or delivery.

Beef will be ready in April.
