1/4 Beef Share: $7.25/lb hanging weight

Processing is INCLUDED in the $7.25/lb price.

Because hanging weights vary from animal to animal, your final total will vary based on the actual hanging weight of your quarter.

What to Expect

Your 1/4 beef will include a variety of:

• Premium steaks – including cuts such as Ribeyes, NY Strips, Filets and Sirloins
• Ground Beef – our 85/15 blend, packaged in convenient 1 lb packages
• Savory Cuts – including roasts, stew meat, tenderized round steak and other available cuts

Quarter beef shares come with our standard cut selection and are not custom cut.
